How To Have A Happy Brain

The way you think about, feel and respond to circumstances in your life has a lot to do with how happy you are. You may know you have a lot of control over your thoughts and your actions but did you also know you have a tremendous amount of control over how you feel?

Essentially, a happy brain equals a happy mind…and visa-versa.

Look around you. What do you see? Your co-worker, your pet, the local market…it doesn´t so much matter what you see but how you see it.

If you see the things around you with gratitude you are in the process of creating a “happy brain”. Seeing your world and everything in it with gratitude positively affects your brain chemistry.Do You Have The Key To Happiness?

In fact, filling your mind with gratitude is the quickest and most powerful way of developing a happy brain.

So, don´t just be grateful for the BIG things that happen to you in life…closing that big deal, getting a raise, losing 10 pounds, finding your soul mate.

There is really nothing in life that is too small to be grateful for.

The simple truth is being alive is all the reason you need.

By learning to be grateful for what you have – even those things that are so easy to overlook – you create the positive brain chemistry that lifts you up and gives you hope.

And with hope and expectation come the ability to guide your life in the direction you really want to go…

So, look for the wonder and enjoy the moment. Be happy. And most importantly, be grateful.
